Day 4 Nuremberg – Bamberg 43 miles 70 km
Today you have an option: The picturesque, eighty kilometre valley route of the Regnitz Cycle Path runs through towns and villages along back roads and agricultural tracks along the banks of the Regnitz. Running parallel to this route is the approx. 70 kilometre long canal route directly along the Main-Danube Canal. Both routes can also be combined and can be shortened by taking the train for a portion of the route. Your destination for the day is Bamberg, the “Beer Capital”.
