Arrival to Alghero (or Olbia in which case you follow route from day 6) and check into your hotel.

Today’s ride takes you from Alghero – Villanova – Mores. On leaving Alghero you shall see amazing coastal views. As you head inland you start the long climb towards Villanova. Remember to stop and turn around at the views behind you. Soon you shall reach Lake Temo, a much-loved spot on the Island.

Today’s cycle tour takes you from Mores to Pattada via Foresta Burgos – Bono – Bultei. This surely is a wild ad remote interior as you cross the Goceano mountain range.

Today’s cycle tour takes you to the coast and your overnight in Posada. You shall cycle via Osidda and Lodè. This is the Supramonte mountains which huge limestone mountain views.  The limestone range of Monte Albo is a must to see. Soon you shall start the long descent towards Siniscola with the green coastline in front of you.

Today’s cycle tour is a short tour, so you can reach Olbia in plenty of time to spend time here and explore. It provides you also a little rest from the previous days climbing.  The route takes you North East from La Caletta via Budoni and San Teodoro to Olbia. You shall see the amazing island of Tavolara on route and explore the lively centre of Olbia.

Back climbing today as you head east back towards Alghero. Your route takes you via Priatu – Calangianus – Tempio Pausania – Aggius – Valledoria – Castelsardo. You shall cycle through the weird and wonderful Cork oak forest on the Limbara mountain range. You will see the unusual granite buildings of Tempio Pausania before descending through La Valle della Luna (Moon Valley) and onto the old town in Castelsardo.

Today you shall cycle along the rolling hills of Anglona as you cycle from Castelsardo to Alghero via  Nulvi, Osilo and Sassari. Remember and stop to take a look at the Castle of Osilo before arriving at the ancient Catalan town of Alghero.
