This selection of fantastic family cycling holidays are suitable for your energetic teenager, above the age of 12, that is physically active in their day to day life and enjoys the outdoors.
They will need to be tall enough to fit a small adults bike, approx 145cm / 4ft 10, as on most of these trips no “kids” bikes are available to rent.
