Our Salzburg Lakes walking holiday is one of our most popular guided tours. Set in the scenic Salzkammergut region, this 7 night guided tour (also available as a self-guided vacation) is full of beautiful scenery and fantastic walks.
The tour starts in Wolfgangsee which is named after Saint Wolfgang of Regensburg, who according to legend, built the first church there in the late 10th century. It then follows the pilgrim path to St Gilgen, you will then follow our route through Bad Ischl and Bad Goisern before returning to Wolfgangsee.
