If you have always been a keen cyclist before you had kids, but now have your very own brood in tow it’s important to remember that having very young children is no barrier to cycling, and in fact this can be one of the ideal times to get out there and cycle!

Children from the age of three can learn to ride a bike, so taking this into consideration, even really families can enjoy a fun pedal together! And once your little one has picked up the fundamentals, you can go off on longer bike rides and possibly even venture into the exciting world of mountain biking or take a cycling holiday.

Whether you’re already a keen cyclist who loves wants to pass this passion on to your kids, or you like the idea of learning something new together, cycling with your family is a lot of fun for all ages. Being outdoors less and spending copious amounts of time on video games playing with gadgets and confine the children to be indoors and can make them lazy and inactive.
